Pr Kamel Haddadi

Kamel Haddadi received the M.Sc. and PhD degrees from the University of Lille in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He is currently an Professor with the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology (IEMN). His current research interests include a microwave and millimetre-wave instrumentation, characterization and modelling of devices and materials, design of multiport RF systems for metrology and communications, and high-frequency characterization of nanometer devices.
